My bin is missing, stolen or broken how do I arrange a replacement?

How much does it cost to replace a bin?
Missing or Damaged bin replacement costs:
240L bin = $120+gst
660L bin = $350+gst
1100L bin = $400+gst

My bins are dirty, do you offer a bin cleaning service?
Yes, we offer a bin cleaning service for account holders who use Rubbish Direct bins. The bins are swapped for clean ones that have been water blasted, sanitised and deodourised. Bin cleans can be arranged as a one-off or on a recurring schedule.
Note* The bins are not cleaned at your site, this is completed at our depot in West Auckland.

I am concerned about illegal dumping, can I padlock my bin?
Yes, we can offer padlock and key sets to clients using Rubbish Direct bins. You may wish to supply your own padlock/key or combination lock, our team will install a chain on the bin and require keys/codes to access the bin on collection days.

My bins are overflowing, can I arrange an additional collection?

My bin is contaminated, what are my options?
Please notify our team immediately if the bin is contaminated, we will discuss the contents with you along with recommendations on a suitable disposal option.
If the driver has informed us of the contamination, we will contact you to arrange the removal or safe disposal of the contents to avoid any disruptions to the ongoing service.
