Team Leadership: Manage a frontline team, set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and development.

Health & Safety: Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Conduct regular hazard identification, implement corrective actions, and promote a safety-first culture.
Customer Service Operations: Monitor service KPIs, investigate complaints, and collaborate across departments to ensure operational consistency and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Execution: Work closely with the General Manager and Managing Director to translate high-level goals into frontline execution. Lead initiatives that enhance scalability, compliance, and operational maturity.
Budget & Performance Management: Manage operational budgets, monitor key metrics, and produce regular reports on delivery performance and areas for improvement.
