Free hot meals
Hot food and meals are available for staff each day from 10.30am to 3pm.
Long-service bonus
Long service is recognised with a $5,000 bonus every five years.
Health insurance
After six months, eligible staff can receive the Southern Cross KiwiCare Plan paid by Rubbish Direct.
Staff welfare scheme
A staff welfare scheme is available to help with emergency expenses.
Annual profit share
An equal share in the annual profit pool is available for everyone who contributed for the year.

Rubbish Direct holds regular event for staff and their immediate families.
